Improvement of the mechanism of application of modern information technologies in the municipal management with a view to the implementation of the “Smart city” project

The article discusses the issues of improving the use of modern information technologies in municipal management in the context of the implementation of the smart city project. In particular, it is proposed to use the project selection mechanism to include them in the Smart City development program.
