Improvement of the mechanisms of formation of the profitable part of the Belgorod city budget

The article discusses the concept of local budget and its role in the system of local self-government. As a study, an analysis of the sources of revenue revenues to the budget of the city of Belgorod was conducted, their structure was considered and the main problems were formulated. In connection with the presence of a list of identified problems, recommendations for improving the mechanisms for generating the revenue part of the city budget were considered and proposed.
