Improvement of mechanisms of state regulation of employment

A scientific article is devoted to the analysis of the main trends in the Russian labor market and the development of areas for improving mechanisms for state regulation of employment. The scientific research hypothesis is that the key causes of unemployment in the Russian Federation are structural changes in the economy that lead to the elimination of one group of jobs and specialties and retraining for new ones, which requires the state to create a mechanism for retraining the professional competencies of citizens of the country.
