The article is concerned with the book of Vukovich G.G. and Stroiteleva T.G., which studies human resources policy in the regional industrial sector of Russia. The authors elaborate the research results, which include HR policy principles, development of the HR policy models for the industrial sector of the regions in Russia. Questions of the labour rating and work motivation and encouragement are under consideration.
