Improvement of mechanisms of state guarantees in the civil service in the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the development of directions for improving the mechanisms for granting state guarantees to the civil service in the Russian Federation. The notion of "civil servant" and "guarantees to civil servants" is presented. The list of basic and additional guarantees for civil servants is described. Deficiencies in the provision of state guarantees to civil servants have been identified. Based on the results of the analysis, a proposal is proposed for the design and adoption of a federal law on guarantees in the civil service, the creation of a state body for the organization and control of basic and additional guarantees in the civil service.
