The corporate culture of any organization needs constant monitoring and improvement, which is advisable to carry out on a systematic basis - in accordance with its individual elements, taking into account their mutual influence, as well as focusing on the external environment. The basis for the formation and optimization of corporate culture should be the components of its deep level: mission, principles of activity, values, history, legends, traditions, working conditions, development strategy.
