Improving project management mechanisms at an oil and gas enterprise

The purpose of the scientific article is to identify tools and methods of project management that increase the effectiveness of project management at enterprises of the oil and gas complex of the Russian economy. Gazprom PJSC, which is actively working on the management of innovative, investment and technological projects, was chosen as an example. The problems that arise in the process of project management are considered. The effectiveness of using flexible technologies in improving project management mechanisms at oil and gas enterprises is analyzed.
