Improvement of the methodology for monitoring of the energy saving programs’ implementation for enterprises of the military-industrial complex

Development of energy saving management concept, which is based on energy planning, analysis of the energy resources’ consumption, control and accounting, is necessary for enterprises of defense industry. It is caused by material resources, including energy resources that make up a significant proportion in a cost structure. Due to this fact, the value of its consumption has a direct effect on a cost formation, product price and competitiveness. During the work the methodology for monitoring of the energy saving programs implementation and energy efficiency improvement was improved by adjustment of energy saving programs indicators for enterprises of defense industry.
