Methodology improvement of the market value evaluation of land plots of agricultural heritage by income-based approach on the basis of cadastre information

The article considers the institute of market valuation of agricultural lands for infrastructural support of the turnover of land plots. The incorrectness of using the comparative approach to the assessment of such land plots is grounded due to the lack of open access information on transactions and characteristics of land plots. The authors propose a methodology for estimating the market value of land plots of agricultural land using a revenue approach based on cadastral information.
