Improving the methodology for the assessment of the formedness of masters’ competencies through cumulative files

The article presents the results of the research on improving the procedure of final academic assessment of Masters majored in Pedagogical Education (major No. 44.04.01) on the basis of an integrated multidisciplinary approach. The assessment of learning outcomes is aimed both at the competencies in accordance with Federal State Educational Standard and the employment of the unit standard. It also gives some recommendations for improving assessment tools, describes the structure, content and mechanism of the formation of a graduate's cumulative file, specifies the assessment criteria for the state exam and master's thesis.
