Improvement of the methods of the teaching the civil law in high education

Presented article is devoted questions of perfection of a technique of teaching of civil law. The civil law is made by the material norms of the rights regulating property relations and connected with them personal non-property relations. At civil law teaching are used classical methods: lectures, seminar. Meanwhile, use of such forms of a practical training, as colloquiums is represented actual; the role games connected with realisation and protection of the civil rights; round tables with attraction practising in various areas of jurisprudence of persons.
