Improvement of the methodology of strategic development of personnel of medical institution (on the example of "Dental polyclinic No. 4" of Sochi city)

The article considers theoretical aspects of strategic development of personnel composition of the organization. Work with personnel in the "Dental polyclinic № 4" of Sochi city was analyzed. Strengths and weaknesses of the organization 's personnel strategy have been identified. On the basis of the identified problem aspects, ways of levelling them are proposed.
