Improving the methods of sports training of cadets and students of educational institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in acyclic sports

Currently, due to the development of technology and technology in various areas of our lives, sports activities will remain unchanged, which are divided into three main groups: cyclic, acyclic and mixed. During the research of the subject of this article, the main directions of the methodology and technology of sports training in acyclic sports, as well as ways to improve them, will be considered and studied. A key feature of the analysis of the study will be that we consider this issue in the context of training future law enforcement officers for their professional activities in various structural divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. This is due to the fact that acyclic sports are at the heart of the practical activities of police officers when they perform various combat and service tasks.
