Improved methods of accelerated efficiency determination of poultry product manufacturing

Primary target of poultry in the modern period is to produce the product effectively with minimum losses and high quality. Obviously, it is necessary to develop complex approach to the questions of production of eggs and poultry meat. Methodic basis of assessment of industrial efficiency in poultry enterprises is systematic approach. Poultry economic efficiency is in direct relationship to technological efficiency in this branch. The integrative approach is the most viable approach to the assessment of industrial efficiency of eggs and poultry meat. In the conditions of market system renewal and development of competitive sources the most effective are these poultry enterprises that work continuously over economic problems, recognition and exploitation of production reserves. Existing in the international practice methods of determining efficiency of eggs and poultry meat production (European efficient factor and European production index correspondingly) do not consider market situation which does not stimulate manufacturer for producing high quality product; intensification of production process; output of production from unit of useful poultry house area, sell price of production accounting its quality; production costs on poultry products (cost price) - important factor of economic safety; formulas reflect incomplete production process. Its results can be changed in the course of its primary or advanced processing. The improved methods of accelerated determining of efficiency of eggs and poultry meat production are developed. They take into consideration all technological cycle of production from eggs incubation to product realization; they cover production and realization of its main and joint-cost goods considering its quality and as well as total costs of production.
