Improving the Model of Training in the Working Profession for the World Skills Competition in the Conditions of a Professional Pedagogical University

The article deals with the issues of training a future specialist of a professional pedagogical university for the WorldSkills competition in the competence of “Master of Industrial Training”. The theoretical and methodological approaches of training in the working profession are determined on the basis of improving the component composition of the structural and content model: content-target, methodological-instrumental, design-technological, didactic-technological, diagnostic (evaluative-eff ective. The pedagogical conditions based on a practice-oriented approach are proposed, aimed at eff ective training of a new type of professional for the competition championship, which can be a necessary criterion for creating a specially organized training environment through the introduction of modular training technology into the educational process of the university, including innovative components of activities, including in the fi eld of welding production. The concept of “didactic skill” has been clarifi ed, which is characterized as a component of professional and pedagogical (practical) activities aimed at developing the necessary labor actions, labor operations, labor practices in the working profession, constituting competencies, brought to perfection by repeated repetition, in future specialists. The components of the model for the development of didactic skills in order to form competence in the working profession are proposed. The tasks for each module of the championship regulations are presented, modeled taking into account the components of the competencies, which are focused on the types of work in accordance with the professional standard
