Taxation improvement as the factor of development of small business in Russia

Article is devoted to a research of questions of taxation of small business. The author allocated current tax problems of subjects of small business of Russia. Ways of their solution are proposed. The conclusion about importance of realization of the effective tax measures and decisions at all levels of the government promoting stable development of small business in our country is drawn.
