The improvement of continuous professional legal training of specialists of social sphere

The article is analyzed the factors and substantiated the necessity as well as given the assessment of the ability of the contemporary specialists of social sphere to continually increase of the qualification, level of professional legal competence in the frameworks of previously acquired profession. The features and prospects of solving this task in the frameworks of system of improvement of qualification and professional retraining, providing the opportunity of continuous training for a person, practically in the individual mode regardless of time and place of stay are discussed. The mandatory realization of monitoring of professional-individual growth of studying persons is suggested for quality control of continuous professional legal education of a specialist.
