Improvement of time norms for the diagnosis of infectious avian diseases in veterinary laboratories

The aim of this work is the development of standard time for diagnosis of the diseases of birds by enzyme immunoassay. It was conducted 67 photos of the day, 87 timing and fotohronometra observations. The research was conducted on the basis of the Udmurt veterinary diagnostic center, the Chuvash Republican veterinary laboratory of the Tatar interregional veterinary laboratory Republican veterinary laboratory of the Republic of Tatarstan by the conventional method study and work measurement veterinary professionals. For serological studies by ELISA were selected blood serum in a volume of from birds - not less than 0,5 ml should be delivered to the laboratory no later than days from the date of collection of blood under the condition of storage of the serum at a temperature of 4 to 6°C. In the Tatar interregional veterinary laboratory noted an increase in research of avian diseases by ELISA, for 5 years in 3,5 times. This is due to the expansion of studies 7 subjects of the Russian Federation. In the Republican veterinary laboratory of the largest volume of research conducted in 2012 - 2400. In the Chuvash Republican veterinary laboratory, there is a tendency of increasing the volume of research, in 2011 - 1856, 2015 - 5426. The growth amounted to 2.9 times. In the Udmurt veterinary diagnostic center the least amount of research carried out in 2011, the highest in 2013 - 3887. In the state organization of the Tatar interregional veterinary laboratory in the average of 5 years produced 7190,6 studies on viral diseases of birds by enzyme immunoassay; BU UR Udmurt veterinary diagnostic center - 2493; BU in the Czech Republic Chuvash Republican veterinary laboratory - 2528,8; GBU Republican veterinary laboratory of the Republic of Tatarstan - 1588,4 research.
