Improvement of standard and methodical ensuring municipal procurement

In article topical issues of legal regulation of municipal procurement at the present stage are considered. Problem aspects of the conclusion and implementation of the municipal contracts interfering rational use of budgetary funds are analysed. On the basis of the conducted research the practical recommendations of increase in efficiency of municipal procurement are offered.
