Improvement of evaluation activities in the Russian Federation

To date, the current system of appraisal activities in Russia does not correspond to the current situation and reality. The aim of this paper is to identify a mechanism for improving Russian valuation activities. This paper analyses the current situation in the Russian appraisal system and considers the main directions for the development of the appraisal system.
