Improving the organization of business processes in LLC «KD-Stroy»

The current stage of economic development is characterized by the presence of various approaches to the organization of the management system of economic entities. The article presents the results of a study of the functional and process approach in the management of an organization. Taking into account the focus of the management of KD-STROY LLC on the implementation of a system of continuous improvement of business processes, recommendations for their improvement in the organization under study have been developed.
