Accounting for feedback from end consumers is a crucial element in highly individualized production systems. Current theories of harmonized interaction lack parameters addressing this aspect. This study explores incorporating customer feedback into pre-existing mathematical models of harmonized interaction. The findings facilitate the optimization of approaches to meet specific requirements of single-production scenarios and identify key areas for process improvement.
