The article discusses the features of the organization of accounting of finished products at dairy enterprises. The main goals, objectives and methods of conducting accounting policies for finished products. The key problems and shortcomings that form the difficulties for enterprises of the Russian dairy industry when conducting accounting of finished products are listed. A number of measures are proposed, the purpose of which is to improve the organization of accounting for finished products at dairy enterprises.
