Improvement of housing management organization (on the example of electricity supply services)

The article considers the importance of the Russian electric power industry as the most important branch of housing and communal services. The main problems of the energy industry are analyzed, as well as factors that affect the cost of electricity as an essential utility service. The article describes the need for state regulation and state intervention in the energy sector and the sphere of housing and utilities management. Detailed recommendations are given for improving both the electric power industry and the housing and utilities sector as a whole.
