The influence of the socioeconomic factors on extended reproduction of the rural population has been studied. The cooperation of africultural products manufacturers and organizations of productional infrastructure gives the possibility of stabilization of economy in the rural areas. A model of interaction between agricultural organizations in production, processing and delivery of products to final consumers has been developed, it is based on the results of horizontal and vertical cooperation.
