Improvement of the organizational structure of the enterprise through decentralization of management

Increasing the dynamism and maneuverability of the management structure to the increasing risk factor of the enterprise requires its constant improvement. The article discusses the improvement of the organizational structure of the enterprise through the decentralization of management. A method of forming a complex structure with the inclusion of adaptive structures in the traditional structure of the enterprise with the definition of the place, role and location of each link of this structure, allowing to adapt to changes in the external environment, is proposed.
