Improving approaches to assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of public civil servants

The purpose of this article is to search solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities of state civil servants of the Russian Federation. The article deals with the economic content and essence of the concept of the effectiveness of the civil servant, presented in the works of Russian scientists; shows the ways to improve the assessment of efficiency from the standpoint of foreign experience and the intensification of the introduction of digital technologies in the process of accreditation of civil servants.
