The perfection of political and legal regulation of sports and physical culture sphere in the Russian Federation

The article is based on the analysis of the current condition of the sports sphere development in the context of the study of the efficiency of the state policy. The author used the working program documents that concern the sphere of the development of sports and physical training as the empirical base of the research. Noting the results of research, the author fixed factors that increased the efficiency of the sports policy. The author considers that it is necessary to make amplification of the political responsibility of regional structures for insufficient realization of the program actions in managerial process in the sports sector.
