Improvement of legal regulation of parliamentary control in the subjects of the Russian Federation

The article is devoted to the systematization of the parliamentary control practice in the authorities of the Russian Federation. The author proves the imperfection and fragmentary nature of this practice. In order to further improve parliamentary control in the authorities of the Russian Federation, the author proposes the adoption of a framework law on parliamentary control in the authorities of the Russian Federation, reveals its main ideas. These recommendations can also be supplemented by the instruments of institutional interaction between the subjects of parliamentary control in the regions.
