Improving the legal regulation of the protection, reproduction and use of flora in the Russian Federation within the framework of the concept of state policy in the field of environmental development

The article is devoted to the issues of legal regulation of the protection, protection, reproduction and use of plants as a nat- ural object and natural resource. The flora, being the most important component of the natural environment, is poorly cov- ered by the legal field, and therefore ways to solve this problem are proposed. The regulatory and legal framework in the sphere of public relations under consideration is analyzed.
