Improving the presentation of state municipal services: a program approach

Currently, it is still relevant to overcome administrative barriers and improve the quality of municipal services. This article discusses the improvement of the provision of municipal services from the point of view of the program approach, as an activity to achieve specific goals to solve the accumulated problems in this area. The successful realization of the program to improve the quality of the provision of such services at the regional level will be facilitated by the strengthening of the control function using target indicators that quantitatively characterize the implementation of program activities.
