Universal tool for product development is QFD-analysis, forming a continuous flow of information, ensuring that all elements of the production system are interrelated and are subject to customer requirements. In terms of management of the organization, the introduction of QFD-analysis is seen as improving design, technology or process in order to save costs; increase the quality and other strategic objectives, allowing providing competitiveness of the organization.
