Improvement of professional qualities in physical training classes by simulating situations from the work activities of law enforcement office employees

This article addresses the pressing issue of improving the professional skills of cadets, students of educational institutions of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, and employees of internal affairs agencies through practical physical training sessions. The article examines the forms and methods of physical education used in physical training sessions. The most effective methods are identified for quickly and effectively improving employees' physical fitness, as well as enhancing their professional skills and motor skills while performing their official duties. The article demonstrates the high productivity of using simulation in practical physical training sessions and its effectiveness in improving the professional skills of internal affairs officers.
