The research problem and the rationale for its relevance. Repeated and multidimensional practicing of competences related to solving planimetric tasks is an important part of studying mathematics at school. The article reveals some issues of teachers' advanced training in order to improve professional competencies aimed at the application of tasks on ready-made drawings in the conditions of development of information and communication technologies. The goal of the research is to substantiate the improvement of the content of raising the level of professional competence of a teacher of mathematics in terms of application of tasks on ready-made drawings taking into account the modern development of information and communication technologies. Methodology (materials and methods). The methodological basis of the research consists of theoretical methods: study and analysis of scientific and methodological literature, comparative analysis of existing points of view, generalization of experience in improving the competence of teachers in the direction of using tasks on ready-made drawings. Empirical methods (observation, questionnaire survey, analysis of research results, experimental work) were used to build an exemplary scheme of organizing work with tasks on ready-made drawings.
