Production system improvement on the basis of synthesis of the concepts «Six sigma + lean production » and «Theory of constraints»

The article is devoted to the production system improvement of industrial enterprises. The authors deal with existing strategies for improving business processes and systems, as well as represent their concepts. On the basis of the analysis of advanced foreign experience the guidelines on improving business processes of a production system are formulated.
