Improvement of the regional information system towards the development of the electronic document management system

The relevance of improving the regional information system is associated with the lack of a single integrated information system necessary for the further development of regions in the context of widespread digitalization. A step-by-step mechanism for the development of a regional electronic document management system is proposed to bring it to a single format and expand EDF with increased control over the correctness of paperwork in real time and integration with social networks. This will remove barriers that prevent the exchange of data between different regional government structures, improve the service and greatly simplify it for users.
