The aim of the work is to develop possible options for improving the legislative regulation of criminal liability for crimes in the field of debt financing. The methods of dialectics, modeling and the formal legal method are applied. In this article, the author highlights the problems of regulation and implementation of criminal liability for crimes in the field of debt financing. In the course of this study, the author formulated proposals for introducing amendments to the criminal legislation aimed at improving the regulation of liability for crimes in the field of debt financing.
