Аnnotation. The article shows the research work and rest of staff of the dairy farm of "Rus-Moloko". The reasons of decreasing productivity and causing loss of working time. As one of upgrade direction in improving the organization of labor in the dairy industry, offered recommendations оn the improvement of work and rest of staff of the dairy farm. Optimization direction of improvement is the change of one-shift work and rest on two shifts. What helps to reduce the loss of working time, increasing productivity in the study of dairy-commodity production and reduce staff turnover rate. Advanced techniques on dairy farms contribute to the organization of labor productivity of animals and, consequently, increase productivity, improve the conditions and quality of work of the personnel of farms, reduce the cost of milk production and improve the earnings of working time, which leads to the relevance of the study.
