Improving family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan

The article is devoted to the improvement of the family legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. The Family Code establishes equal rights and obligations of parents towards their children. The tasks of family law are to strengthen the family, build family relations, cooperation, mutual assistance and responsibility to the family of all its members, inadmissibility of arbitrary interference by anyone in family affairs, ensuring the unhindered exercise by family members of their rights and their protection.
