Improvement System of Economic Security in the Sphere of Public Procurement: Legislative, Technological and Organizational Aspects

The article is devoted to the problem of improving the system of economic security in the sphere of public procurement. The authors analyze the key areas of improvement, including improvement of the legislative framework, strengthening of control and monitoring, increasing transparency and accessibility of information, introduction of innovative technologies, education and training, as well as stimulating the participation of small and medium-sized businesses. Based on the study, promising measures are proposed to minimize the risks of corruption and inefficient spending, which generally contributes to improving economic security and confidence in the public sector.
