Improving communications between local authorities and the population

The article is devoted to the actual topic - the study of the communicative interaction of local governments with the population. As part of the work, a sociological survey was conducted, the results of which allowed to reveal a number of problems that impede the construction of a constructive dialogue between the local authorities and the population.
