Improving the communication management system in the organization

In today's competitive environment, an important condition for companies to remain competitive is to achieve effective coordination in the work of all elements and links of the organization. Communication is the basis of the functioning of each company, being a key element of all actions taken. This is due to the fact that any interaction between employees always requires communication. The purpose of this study is to consider the problems of internal organizational communication goals, as well as their impact on employee relationships, motivation, job satisfaction, commitment and efficiency. In order to give practical significance to the issue under consideration, the analysis of the communication system of Eurasian Foods Corporation JSC is carried out, in particular, the tools and methods of internal communications used in the company. Based on the analysis, new internal communication tools and changes in the organizational structure of the company were proposed.
