Improvement of the system of measures state support for industrial development

State support for industry is a significant incentive for the balanced growth of any national economy. In the Russian Federation (in addition to direct co-financing and subsidizing of industrial production enterprises), a special institution has been created - the Industrial Development Fund, which is designed to promote expanded reproduction in the field of high-tech industrial activity. At the same time, the data show that government support for industry is not sufficiently effective and is focused primarily on the military-industrial complex. This approach in practice leads to stagnation in the sphere of civil proceedings.
