Improving the system of motivation of civil servants

Summary The article is devoted to the study of motivation of civil servants. The article describes the types of motivation, and presents the point of view of Russian authors Tagirova I. F., Pugachev P. V., Genkin B. M. Conducted a study on the motivation of civil servants for example, employees of the Ural inter-regional Department of the state road supervision of the Federal service for supervision in the sphere of transport. According to the results of the conducted research the author proposes practical recommendations to improve the motivation of civil employees'.
