Improvement of the personnel motivation system at a retail company

This article examines the problem of staff turnover and the shortage of qualified employees in the retail sector, as well as the importance of developing effective strategies for attracting and retaining staff. The purpose of the study is to analyze existing employee motivation systems at large enterprises and develop recommendations for improving this system at a retail outlet, which in turn will increase employee satisfaction and reduce staff turnover. In the course of the study, methods of staff motivation were studied using the example of X5 Group, KAMAZ OJSC and Sberbank PJSC, and both material and non-material methods of staff motivation were considered. An assessment of the impact of the methods on employees and their work efficiency was carried out for each company. Based on the results of the study, recommendations were developed, such as the introduction of a combined motivation system, flexible working conditions, a transparent remuneration system and social benefits. Research shows that improving the personnel motivation system in retail trade will not only increase employee satisfaction and productivity, but also strengthen the company’s position in the labor market, ensuring the growth of the company’s competitiveness, and stimulate the company’s growth in the long term.
