Improving the system of motivation of employees

It is pointed out that stimulation of people to labor should be properly motivated. The J. Stein Edams's theory of justice and B.F. Skipper's theory of enhancement are considered in the article. Economic interests of rural working people develop as an integral system, which includes personal, family, collective, regional, governmental and other intrerests.
