Improving the motivation system of a modern organization on the example of the analysis of final qualifying works

The article is devoted to the current problem of motivation in a modern organization and summarizes the results of research of graduate students. On the basis of the conducted analysis, the shortcomings of the system of motivation and incentives in organizations operating in the field of production and sales are revealed. The identified shortcomings are grouped into four groups, according to which measures are proposed to improve the existing motivation systems of the organizations under consideration.
