The article analyzes the system of remuneration of workers at the enterprise under consideration. It has been established that the remuneration system should mainly be based on indicators of the specific performance results of each employee. The definition of such an economic indicator used in calculating the wages of workers, as KPI, is given. The specificity of the construction of the system of remuneration in the state institutions of Russia is revealed An example of the calculation of the salary of the management staff of the department of sports games using KPI is given. The system of remuneration existing in the institution is compared with the proposed one.
