In the modern world, digitalization penetrates into all spheres of life, including personnel management. Traditional methods of selection and recruitment of the organization's personnel are becoming ineffective and require modernization. The issues of improving the system are relevant, since the labor market is faced with the problem of limited human resources and a decrease in the quality of the workforce. This scientific article is devoted to the study of the organization's personnel selection and selection system. The author examines the objectives of the personnel selection and selection system, its significance, advantages and disadvantages, as well as ways to introduce digital technologies. The most effective digital tools are considered.
