This article discusses the selection of personnel, acting as an important element of the organization's personnel management. A high-quality system of selection and selection affects both the intraorganizational aspect of managing employees of an enterprise, and contributes to economic development and an increase in financial results. The cohesion of the team, the desire to improve professional skills, and labor productivity depend on how well the system of personnel selection is built. Personnel selection is a whole range of activities necessary to improve the personnel security of an enterprise, which is one of the components of its effective functioning. The procedures for the selection of personnel necessary for the optimal operation of the organization are determined, since the success of the company depends on the level of professional suitability of personnel.
